Our mission is simple.
Create a place where Dallas eats well, connects deeply, and grows together.
With Cheez Foundation as our fiscal sponsor, The Roux Dallas fuels culinary apprenticeships, hospitality internships through local Colleges, and entrepreneurial pathways for Southern Dallas founders.
The Roux Dallas will be located on the 5th floor, and the Rooftop of the Valor Hotel. This 12,000 square foot project will break ground in April of 2026, we would love your support.
At The Roux, every meal, every membership, every donation, and every event pours into the next generation of culinary talent and business leaders.
